Assistant to the Owner, Successful HVAC firm in Burlington, MA

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented person to join our team in Burlington, MA.

As an Assistant to the Owner, you would be responsible for overseeing all daily business operations. This will include helping to manage two office staff and ensure there is a smooth workflow to the field technicians. This will also include positively interacting and solving problems with clients, vendors, service providers, and employees.   • Experience troubleshooting and setting up software and tech devices.
  • Experience with Google products and QuickBooks Online a plus/
  • Ability to demonstrate a measurable outcome.
  • Ability to provide background and Drug Screening before being hired.
